Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before booking your helicopter ride with BiharTourist.
1. Reservation & Booking
- To secure the helicopter booking for marriage events, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required.
- The remaining balance must be paid 10 days prior to the scheduled date of the helicopter service.
2. Cancellation and Refund
- In the event of cancellation by the client, the non-refundable deposit will not be returned.
- If the cancellation is made within 10 days of the scheduled date, the full booking amount will be charged.
3. Rescheduling
- Request for rescheduling the helicopter service must be made in writing at least 15 days before the original booking date.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
4. Weather Conditions
- The helicopter service is subject to weather conditions. In case of adverse weather conditions, the service may be rescheduled or canceled at the discretion of the helicopter service provider.
- Full refund will be issued due to weather-related cancellation within 15 days through the same mode of payment.
5. Guest Limit and Weight Restrictions
- The client must provide an accurate count of passengers who will be boarding the helicopter.
- Weight restrictions apply and total combined weight of passengers and any additional items must not exceed the specified limit.
6. Safety Regulations
- Passengers must adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines provided by the helicopter service provider.
- Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in the immediate termination of the helicopter service without refund.
